Part matching and sourcing

We find the part by number, photo or sample. If the genuine part is discontinued or the lead time is too long, we offer a verified equivalent.

Genuine parts and equivalents

We offer both options and show the difference in price, lead time and service life. The choice is always yours — we never substitute an equivalent for a genuine part without your approval.

Custom manufacturing

If a part is unavailable, we have it made to drawing or sample: CNC machining, stamping, heat treatment and coating. We work directly with Chinese factories.

Export and payment

Our standard delivery terms are EXW. Other terms are agreed individually for each order. Payment is processed through VTB (Shanghai). Freight is arranged by the buyer or their forwarder — we do not provide freight forwarding services.

Documents and certificates

We provide the commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and other documents required for customs clearance.

The deposit amount and delivery terms depend on the item, the order volume and the manufacturing lead time. We confirm the exact terms before the contract is signed.
